About me
Sandhya Sridharan is JPMC’s head of Core Development Platform. She is a software engineering executive focused on creating business value by building world-class platforms and services. Sandhya has laser focus and data driven and analytical approach on constantly transforming engineering for acceleration and predictability as well as constantly enhancing experience of her 30,000+ developer base.
In her former role as Vice President at VMware, she was an engineering leader heading product development, developer platform as well as SRE practices for VMware’s Cloud Management Business Unit.
Sandhya has been an Advisory Board Member for Women Who Code since 2017. Sandhya received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Technology from University of Mysore and also attended the UC Berkeley College of Engineering for the Engineering Leadership Professional Program.
In her spare time, Sandhya loves to cook, hike, read and play board games with her family and friends.
